Thanks for doing that!

I agree that putting version numbers in package descriptions adds verylittle value to said descriptions and it makes translators work a lotharder.

Maybe we should try to issue bug reports more systematically when weencounter such descriptions, especially for the ones that evolve veryoften like linux-image-*?
