jove 4.17.1.4-.1: Please translate debconf PO for the package jove

Dear Debian I18N people,

I'm sorry, I had to update the new strings, so please have a look again.

jove already includes cs.po da.po de.po es.po eu.po fi.po fr.po gl.po it.po ja.po nl.po pt.po pt_BR.po ru.po sv.po vi.po.
That was so long ago, that most addresses of translators are not reachable anymore.
