Inside that directory it expects a file called timestamp and that file
hwas a value that will be used as TSTAMP variable. For some reason
that value is set to something in the past (last successful execution?).
At line 75 the check for the directory of that timestamp fails and the
above message is shown (see line 91) and the familiar "arf arf" mails
to debian-l10n-devel@l.d.o is sent (line 92).


The timestamp it should be referring to is the one here:

https://ftp-master.debian.org/i18n/

That's the file that the DDTP downloads and uses to generate the files to upload. Why the script is not seeing it indicates some changed paths somewhere along the way? Probably means it's also checking the wrong place for other file too.

This proposal about changing the messages still holds some merit btw =)
