In the meantime (I mean while scuttle is still in the archive), is there a problem if I send an NMU with the pending translations? That would move the package out of the l10n radar and conclude this action, from my point of view. Alternatively, if scuttle is really meant to be removed from the archive, is there already a bug report requesting this?
