but there are two id for a2ps as show here:

and the ID 91169 is greater than 8 so when you fetch a2ps you fetch 
91169 and not 8.

The ID 91169 is from January and have only the short description:
http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi?desc_id=91169

I think you must give a starting ID greater than the actual maximum
