[DDTSS]: the German team

In Sid stat
http://ddtp.debian.net/stats/stats-sid.html

I see German team has translated the initramfs-tools, but how has it do 
that?

If I try to fetch the initramfs-tools I have "Internal error":
http://ddtp.debian.net/ddtss/index.cgi/it/translate/initramfs-tools

If I try to fetch the previous package version 98248 I have "All 
descriptions for package 98248 already translated"
