It seems to be at http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/d-i/trunk/scripts/l10n/

- gen-stats only calls to wget using d-i.d.o which is people.d. as well.
- l10n-sync exit if "svn up" fails, so I don't get where it fails

I surely miss something, let's wait for the next failure..
