I didn't got the mail, sorry for just responding late.

Maybe you have noticed, that there is #618388 open with severity "grave", 
cause ipplan is not installable in sid and it was removed from testing long 
ago.
Beside that the package has an open RFA (#647269), so your work seems wasted 
at the moment unfortunately.

Anyways .. if you still want to fix these bugs, feel free to upload directly 
without delay.
