I suggest you also contact language teams (option "--languageteam" of podebconf-report-po) Also, I'm afraid that the templates might need some review by debian-l10n-english. After a very very quick look, I already spotted a few things that should be worded differently. So, may I suggest that you first send the debian/*templates file to debian-l10n-english for review?
