How msginit know my mailbox?

I run this command, and got

syq@syq-laptop:~/desktop$ msginit -i templates.pot -o sss.po -l zh_CN
The new message catalog should contain your email address, so that users can
give you feedback about the translations, and so that maintainers can contact

What i ask is that where msginit know that I have the above 2 mailbox ?
Which file it read or any environment viar ?
