DDTSS is down

Hi,

DDTSS is down from some days before (about 2010-04-20 03:40 +0900 JST),
so I'll inform the server administrator (and cc: debian-i18n) about this.

Also ddt.cgi (e.g. http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi?desc_id=1) will not work.

The top page http://ddtp.debian.net/ and some static pages are alive,
but the information has not updated some days.

So I guess that the ddtp database server is down.
