jack-audio-connection-kit 0.116.2+svn3592-4: Please translate debconf PO for the package jack-audio-connection-kit

Hi,

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
jack-audio-connection-kit. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.

jack-audio-connection-kit already includes translations for cs.po it.po ru.po,
so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
