maybe it is some node used by your ISP.

I've got the same problem with the german page. I've sent twotranslations (ripperx [1] and xmorph [2]) with pseudo-url [RFR] but theyaren't shown on http://i18n.debian.net/debian-l10n/german/de.by_package.html
