until recently the pseudo headers for the mail robot for debconf/po
translations was located at
http://i18n.debian.net/~nekral/www-debian-l10n/pseudo-urls.html
This URL is no longer active, and on quick glance I could not find
anything related on www.debian.org.
Does anyone know an updated URL for the pseudo headers?
