Another style: DebianInstaller.pt
               DebianInstaller.pt_BR

I much prefer this style, where the language code is a suffix. Also, language codes are more easily identified by speakers of other languages than the name of their language in English.

I've used this style before in wikis, and it seems to work pretty well.
