debconf PO translations for the package man-db

Hi,

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
man-db. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.

man-db already includes translations for:
ca cs da de es fr gl it ja nl pl pt pt_BR ru sv tr uk vi

so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
