I would like translation teams to review the status of the Release Notes,
there have been many changes to them and some teams have gotten out of sync
with the latest release.
The Release Notes are currently translated into:

Of these
- Updated: fr ja pt sv vi
- Out of date: cs da es fi pt_BR zh_CN zh_TW
- Unknown state: ca de it ko nl ro ru sk (they lack the translation header information)
Please take some time to review the status of your language (and add the
translation header information as detailed in the 'Readme' file). If your
translation is out of date please review and update it.
