I dunno. What about gsfonts, thryomanes?
I don't know those. Where do I get them to test?
apt-get install gsfonts* ttf-thryomanes
:-)
For those of us running Mac OSX, I should have said... ;)
I'll check fink: it uses apt and dpkg, which is a compliment to
Debian, I think. :)
Nope, fink isn't listing them, even in unstable.
I tried apt-get on the command-line (OSX is wonderful, I seem to have
a pocket Debian as well), had to clean up a permissions issue, then
ran it again and got this error:
____
Pearl:/ clytie$ apt-get install gsfonts* ttf-thryomanes
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
LC_ALL = "vi_VI.UTF-8",
LANG = (unset)
are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
E: Couldn't find package gsfonts*
____
1. How do I set my LANG variable, please? (My GUI system knows all
this information, but evidently it hasn't been set at this level).
2. No package? Did I do it wrongly?
Thankyou :)
