I'm not really sure what you want, but if you wan to see how do they
look like, look at http://www.unicode.org/charts/

There are many .pdf files each covering part of unicode range.
E.g. your first two characters 014A 014B belong in range 0100 and
0180, therefore http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U0100.pdf (Latin
Extended A) is the correct file.
