After some more investigation, the pootle included in this package is
unusable. First of all, it depends on jtoolkit, which is not even packaged.
When you manually install jtoolkit, you then get a rather old version of
pootle, the cvs is far better.

So, I'm gonna bug upstream for not releasing their code more often, and
Matthias for packaging something without its dependencies ;)

I'll keep you guys posted about this effort.
