Russian is in pretty good shape, however, it will not be targeted for
sarge's CDs by the translation team, as it is considered experimental at
the moment - some chapters are missing due to the xml2pot translation
scheme. This is being worked on (Frans considered restructuring some bits
in the manual), but it's far from being release-quality.
