Debian installer l10n status
Some progress has been made recently on Debian Installer and related
packages localisation:
-exim4 packages have been uploaded to t-p-u and ass a few more
translations
-pppconfig also had a few more translations in as of its last upload
-dpkg is being worked on by myself and Scott James Remnant
All this gives the following result:
Level1 (D-I 1st stage) : 40+1 complete languages
Level 2 (default installs, input): 33+1 complete languages
Level 3 (any install, all input) : 17+1 complete languages
Level 4 (all I/O default install): 3-15 +1 complete languages
For level 4 I still need investigating what's missing besides dpkg and
check if packages with a complete dpkg are also complete for others
level4 parts. It is assumed that a new dpkg will be built and goes to
testing. Dpkg currently has 15 complete translations.
The "+1" above is English.
