Also can you spread this around your fellow translators:

Ideal bug report for l10n changes:

  1. severity "wishlist"
  2. tags "l10n"
  3. start subject with [INTL:<code>]
  4. attach complete po files or replacement manual pages.
  5. write a changelog entry (usually just "po/<code.po: Updated") and
     put it in the mail

That makes it really quick to apply them as soon as they come in.
