And mail can generate problems......Ask the french team about the
aspect of the fr.po files I recently sent for review while I was (and
still am) fighting for switching my system to all-UTF-8 (while the
french team continue to use ISO-8859-15 or -1)....
The advantage of mail, though, is that you can work offline quite
easily.
I'm currently doing all my debian l10n work while going to/back from
work in parisian buses and trains. As we still do not have Internet
access in the Paris suburbs trains (Â :-))), I can really only work by
mail....
An "all-CVS" system would probably complicate things for me, I guess.
