In http://people.debian.org/~jfs/debconf/i18n/ you will find the latest version of the slides I used for the (hasty) talk about i18n in Debian I gave at Debconf3. Hopefully most points on i18n were raised even if I did not had time to go on detail for everyone of them. I would like to produce a proper i18n documentation for Debian based on this talk and some other data, either as a new chapter in "Intro to i18n" in Tomohiro KUBOTA's excellent document or a new document by itself altogether focused on Debian's i18n efforts [1]. Probably together with some "proposals" that we might want to discuss thoroughly on the list before. Anyone interested in helping out?
