I will attach it to this e-mail. If you are a latex user, please check it
out. latin10.def I used a lot myself, but not latin9.def.

I never submitted a bug against a package, I would appreciate if you could
do it. Please send a copy to me. I will try to read about how to submit
a bug report.


I think your document is very nice and useful to people that want to
migrate from latin1 to latin9.
