No he's talking about Hurd-only packages that are in the unreleased
suite. There is currently no apt support for it, but as Samuel pointed
out the sources are available. Note that this has been like this since
unreleased exist as mini-dak doesn't support that. This is totally
unrelated to the migration of the archive.

The correct line for the unstable and experimental source entries is
unchanged, you can for example use:

deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian sid main
deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian experimental main
