Builds of pd-iemutils for kFreeBSD and the Hurd (admittedly not
release architectures) have been failing, as in the below excerpt from

iemlib.h:66:2: error: #error No byte order defined
Please include <endian.h> on all __GLIBC__ systems, not just Linux
ones.
