There are debian repositories for GNU Mach and the Hurd :
git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-hurd/gnumach.git
git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-hurd/hurd.git
The eglibc package however is stored in a subversion repository :
svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-glibc/glibc-package/
This information is available on the package specific pages at

You need even more recent Hurd sources. See this URL for the patch :
