porter help needed (simple fixes)

Hi,

some of my packages fail on hurd-i386 and I would like to fix them.
There are three packages which are probably simple to fix, but I don't
have a capacity (beyond writing this email) to fix them.

- autotrust probably needs just rebuild (and versioned dependency)

- bird needs to be fixed upstream (e.g. at us, since we are the
upstream, but it's very low priority)

- cyrus-imapd-2.x - 'PATH_MAX' undeclared; probably simple to fix, if
I have a patch I will include it and push it upstream

- php5 - depending on firebird2.5 which fails due 'MAXPATHLEN'
undeclared (also probably simple to fix)

- nsd3 - 'MAXHOSTNAMELEN' undeclared; probably simple to fix, if I
have a patch I will include it and push it upstream

- opendnssec - waiting for opensc, which is waiting for openct, which
is failing due 'PATH_MAX' undeclared
