Hi,
Since 2.26 Vino FTBFS because it ships a code copy of miniupnp which uses MAXHOSTNAMELEN in some places.
The attached patch makes it build on the Hurd, and I've briefly checked that everything is still fine on Linux. Please review :)

Mmm, why casting (p3-p1) into int? a pointer difference is already a
ptrdiff_t, which should get silently casted as appropriate.
Else it looks fine.
