FTBFS xmlstarlet 1.0.6 on hurd-i386

Hi,

I mantain splitvt and the last release fails to build on hurd-i386
[0]. AM_SILENT_RULES and AM_SUBST_NOTMAKE macros are not found in this
arquitecture.

Any help with this would be very appreciated :-)
