OpenSSH: Privilege separation and random translator

Hi,

I have a few questions about openssh:

1. Is a random translator included in a Debian package? I used the translator from here: http://kilobug.free.fr/hurd/random-64.tar.gz

2. Is privilege separation still not working? I disabled it in my ssh server config for now.
