debian-hurd-build-logs list reactivated

Hi,

due to a request, I have reactivated the debian-hurd-build-logs list.
The list is no longer archived, and all three build daemones (mozart,
bach and rossini) should send their logs to the list now as well.

Due to the long inactivity and the expected high traffic and volume, I
have unsubscribed all current list subscribers (CC'd).  Please
resubscribe or reply to me privately if you want to get (all) build logs
again.
