Fixes compilation, but still using the dummy backend. We need to port hal on the Hurd, but we should be probably don't do it blindly, build nice hurdish abstractions, etc.

hal 0.5.13-4 now compiles and runs again on the Hurd.
Thus changing this tracker for further work on a native backend for the Hurd.

Here it is a patch for making hal compilable and installable:
- tools/hal-disable-polling.c: usual realpath()+PATH_MAX porting
- debian/control: linux-only stuff excluded
- debian/hal.init: there's no /proc/$PID/root file, so the chroot check is bogus (and makes startup fail); disabling it makes the hal daemon runnable via init script

hal still uses the dummy backend on hurd, but that can be worked on later, I guess.
