Ok, the previous patch had a problem and couldn't create the ~/.freeciv directory.

In the mean time, I've discovered that utility/shared.h defines a MAX_LEN_PATH which can replace the PATH_MAX in utility/shared.c

So here is the patch that does exactly that.

The resulting package works and now correcty creates the ~/.freeciv directory. It can be found on http://packages.physicman.net/ as usual :)
