Bug#517336: native-install doesn't set the file system writable

Well, that it should fail with a nicer error message, true.

But in the end, the check is there to see whether the file system is
writable. It's not native-install's business to fix up your broken
(read-only) system.
That's why I asked you to file a bug on the Hurd - probably runsystem
should figure out that the user passed --readonly to ext2fs.static for
some reason an still make the file system writable. Or at least error
out/cleary communicate to the user that their grub setting are not ok.
