It's not very trivial, you'll have to get the
gnumach-1-branch-Xen-branch and read&modify gnumach/kern/bootstrap.c
(look for "Ugly" :) ) for fixing the ramdisk. Then you can use
http://dept-info.labri.fr/~thibault/tmp/hurd-xen as Xen conffile sample.
