1st boot yields;

Start /hurd/ext2fs.static: Hurd server bootstrap: ext2fs.static [device:hd1s1]

exec init proc auth/libexec/console-run: /dev/console: No such file or directory


/libexec/console-run: /tmp/console

/libexec/runsystem: Running on fallback console /tmp

sh-3.1#export TERM=mach

sh-3.1#./native-install

sh-3.1# “Reboot message”

sh-3.1# Reboot


2nd boot

Start /hurd/ext2fs.static: Hurd server bootstrap: ext2fs.static [device:hd1s1]

exec init proc auth/libexec/runsystem: line 154: 9 Killed ${SHELL}

sh-3.1#export TERM=mach

sh-3.1#./native-install

Killed

sh-3.1#exit (several times till export TERM=mach & ./native-install run ending with;


ext2fs.static:/build/mbanck/hurd-20060825/build-tree/hurd/ext2fs/dir.c:494:dir

scanblock: Assertion 'dp->dn->dirents[idx]==-1|| ries' failed dp->dn->dirents[idx]=nent


Freezes, have to Hard Boot.
