I've uploaded some experimental TLS-enabled hurd and libc packages for
testing to

Please test! However, make sure that you never install a TLS-enabled
libc0.3 before TLS-enabled hurd is installed, because in that case TLS
data wouldn't be thread-specific. Installing hurd first then libc0.3, or
installing both at the same time are fine.

I still have troubles with mach-defpager: when I let it start from rc,
swapon says that there's no default pager, and then hangs ; when I don't
let mach-defpager start from rc, swapon says that there's no default
pager, but doesn't hang and the system boots fine. That's why I disabled
it from the rc script.
