You can checkout the debian/-directory from cvs.debian.org, CVSROOT is
:pserver:anonymous@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/glibc and the module is called
glibc-package.

Hmm, I always run binary-arch instead of binary. There's a problem that
glibc builds the Arch: all package when invoked with binary-arch as
well, so perhaps that's related.

Anyway, my changes have been merged into CVS, so I don't see the point
in putting up the source package. Note that you'll need the latest
debhelper package, too, otherwise the libraries won't get stripped.
