Hi,
My Hurd system is hanging in ./native-install command.
I downloaded Hurd K5 and installed it. after this
commands:
$ export TERM=mach
$ ./dev-install
system works a small time and when it wants to
configure libc-0.3 it shows a message about
configuring time zone and hangs.
i installed Hurd on 1.8 GB logical parition (hda9)
and 512 MB swap (hda10). my grub settings are:
kernel (hd0,0)/boot/gnumach.gz root=device:hd2s1 -s
module (hd0,0)/hurd/ext2fs.static \
--multiboot-command-line=${kernel-command-line} \
--host-priv-port=${host-port} \
--device-master-port=${device-port} \
--exec-server-task=${exec-task} -T typed ${root} \
$(task-create) $(task-resume)
module (hd0,0)/lib/ld.so.1 /hurd/exec $(exec-
task=task-create)
