I've rebuilt the packages and they are once again available at

http://people.debian.org/~mbanck/hurd/

As a bonus, they now try to run the Hurd console on startup. You still
need to make /dev/tty[1-6] and /dev/vcs for that to work (and probably
reboot), though. Adding the Hurd terminal description via 'tic -x
hurd.ti' should not be necessary anymore. I'd like to know whether this
works for others, of course.

The changelogs are as follows:

hurd (20040220-0.0.2) unreleased; urgency=low

  * Added patch for large stores on ext2 file systems,
    by Ognyan Kulev.

hurd (20040220-0.0.1) unreleased; urgency=low

  * New snapshot from CVS.
    kbd, mouse as usual, with bug fixes from David Walter.
  * exec/exec.c: Define PT_GNU_STACK to 0x6474e551.
  * daemons/runsystem.sh: Start Hurd console by default.
  * config/ttys: Add Hurd console ttys.
