Hi, i think i have the same problem :-)
I installed K3 3 times before sending this mail, and it looks like it is
problem with pfinet, since all net programs do not work.
I tryed to remove /server/socket/2 and to recreate it
with
settrans -fgapc /server/socket/2 /hurd/pfinet -i eth0 -a 192.168.206.128
-g 192.168.206.1 -m 255.255.255.0
but neither ping nor telnet work.

I am currently tring to recompile the new oskit-mach and in particular
the hurd with debugging symbols, so when i will end i will debug pfinet :-)

Ciao
Maurizio

P.S. I get zalloc message too, sometimes :-(
