to restart networking you need to relaunch pfinet. I think a simple "touch
/servers/socket/2" would suffice, otherwise use the full command: settrans -a
/servers/socket/2 /hurd/pfinet <pfinet options>
for debugging it attaching gdb to the pfinet process would be a good idea
