First, find a dog or a cat, although any small mammal will do.  Kill
it with a sharp silver fork, slit its throat and drink the blood.
Next, dissect the carcass and extract the liver, kidneys, heart and
pancreas.  Salt the kidneys liberally, wrap them with the pancreas and
eat.  Take the liver and stuff it with the heart and some nutmeg.  Eat
this also.

Now that you are no longer hungry, e-mail the website back with your
home address, work and home telephone numbers (cell phone and pager if
you have them) and the numbers and expiry dates of the four credit
cards with the highest remaining limit that you have.

	Then wait!
