I've tried it and it doesn't support my driver. (tulip.c) I'll try
and compile oskit-mach.
The tulip driver appears to be included in Oskit. You'll have to play
around. Your best bet is to install oskit and test some of the sample
kernels that initialize the network card. I can't look at this for
another couple of weeks.
