debootstrap review

Hello!

I fixed some more problems with debootstrap, and
now it's able to configure the chrooted system.

Please test, there's a patch and built package at:

http://khazad.dyndns.org/gnu/debootstrap/

The lefting problems are related with missing
packages in the archive. The /lib/debootstrap/\
scripts/sid script has a commented "base" and
"required" package list to workaround this.

However, the lack of libgcc1 in the official
archive breaks configuration of libgcc1
dependant packages. Does anyone know
why is libgcc1 in alpha.gnu.org instead?
