I don't maintain much.  In fact, recently(this year) I took measures to reduce
my packages(I gave most away).

The things that I do still work on in Debian(bts, dpkg) are fairly critical,
and changes to them are not to be done likely.

The ones I have seen requested, have generally not taken into consideration
the overall picture.

I'm not against the hurd.  Not at all.  I'm just against any person or
organization requesting me to do something, when I have no idea how 'learned'
that individual or group is.
