I don't have my hurd box on the internet right now, but installwatch
is really easy.  It already uses get_current_dir_name() with glibc
and using this function eliminates our need for MAXPATHLEN.  So the
simplest and probably that best patch for this program is to
define MAXPATHLEN to be something.  Simply because on hurd we just
need MAXPATHLEN to compile.
